Processing times vary as each Erica Corte Atelier piece is carefully made to order. Please allow a week window from the date the order is placed for your piece to be completed.
Articles are accepted for a refund in store credit and exchanges in the U.S if returned in suitable condition within 14 days of delivery date. Please e-mail email@example.com for all returns and exchanges in order to receive a Return Authorization number. Please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number.
Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to Erica Corte Atelier without a Return Authorization number will be shipped back to the sender.
There is no refund for shipping costs. Please note that we can provide a shipping label upon request. Should you request a shipping label from us, the shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. You are welcome to use any mail provider that is most convenient for you, however, please note that Erica Corte Atelier is not responsible for shipping fees, lost or stolen packages, when you are not utilizing one of our shipping labels.
Please note that we will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately as long as we are notified of this upon the customer receiving the item.

Q: How long do I have to return (for store credit)or exchange an item?
A: We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
Q: How can I exchange an item?
A: If you are interested in exchanging an item, please return the original item purchased after receiving a Return Authorization number, and you will be issued a refund in store credit minus the cost of shipping. You can then place a new order. Please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for domestic and international exchanges.
Q: Can I drop off an item in person?
A: Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to accept any drop-offs in person.
Q: How long does it take to receive my store credit?
A: Store credit will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date in which we have received the returned merchandise. You will receive an email confirming your return and store credit.
Q: What items are non-refundable?
A: All items marked Final Sale, items on markdown, items paid with store credit, items that are pre-ordered, customized pieces, or items purchased during special promotional events or seasonal sales.

Repairs Purchased From Erica Corte Atelier
For all repair inquiries, please email email@example.com. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an Repair Authorization number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 4-6 weeks to complete.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
